Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.

 

To start a return, email us at bnew.digitalservices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.

 

Please note:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

For faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
