Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to return: Email us at support@repvolt.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection or provide a return address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
